What is the meaning behind Sanye Orisa

So I know all of the Lunar New Year skins are based off of Chinese historical figures. Reaper, Hanzo, Reinhardt, torbjorn, are all based off of generals and Zenyatta is based off of I believe it said General but also a writer poet philosopher. Tracer is based off of Robin Hood like figure who may or may not have existed and Bridget seems to just be wearing the armor of a general but what is orisa skin the mask looks familiar but when I try to Google it I can't find anything I am generally curious and intrigued by the theme I was able to find everyone else is but hers please help.

Overwatch Question

I’ve never been big into video games but everything that I’ve seen on this game interests me. I think I’d like it, but I also don’t want to spend the money only to realize it’s not for me. 

I also don’t have a gaming console; just have my little Lenovo ThinkPad X220. Is this enough to support it? I know this weekend you can play for free. 

Is it worth it?

OK GUYS What are your most played characters?, also give a little desc of why you like them and how could it define you Mine are these:

*I have 67 hours on junkrat. He's the most fun, playstyle and character wise for me. Also I love trying being smart with him, and making predictions of what is the enemy gonna do and how to counter them with traps or well timed concussion mines-grenades. (I like watching prolikechro a lot, and I love how smart that guy is with his predictions)

*I've been playing orisa a lot. She's so damn cute. I like being like a mom to the team and getting a shield when everybody needs it, also almost nullify the typical QP two snipers composition. I love controlling enemies by putting them out of place, and baiting reinhardts into charging into me and then I use fortify... and then proceed to destroy them. But mostly, as orisa is not too used as a tank, so I’d like to surprise my enemies but actually being a good orisa.

Overwatch Green Name Color

Does anyone know why in overwatch some names appear in green? Also, I noticed that, while green, my name and the one of the next player were with a - sigh uniting them ???
