Timkon dragon au? 👀
i haven’t gotten super far, because i can feel this one potentially spiraling into something way bigger than a fun passing concept, but the gist would be: probably a modern magic au (vaguely dc modern day but narrowing down the genre focus) where there are legends of dragons, but everyone thought they were a myth until a few years ago when one started occasionally appearing. (this is clark. basically going with “kryptonians as dragons” here.) no one knows for sure what the dragon wants or where it comes from—especially because no one knows the dragon has a human form, and therefore lives among humans most of the time. so people are understandably wary of this dragon.
for timkon, cut to: tim drake, who is up to ?? something? i haven’t figured out yet (but it’s me so make him lonely/isolated for whatever reason; this is also a tim-isn’t-in-the-family-yet au) when he comes across a whole dragon. the dragon is injured, and there’s a manacle locked around its leg that is just radiating Cursed Energy, and we have a sequence of tim gaining the dragon’s trust in order to treat its injuries and figure out how to break the curse. and of course when he does, the dragon turns into an injured boy who is apparently on the run from the alchemist who created him.
cue shenanigans and a journey and a falling in love montage and bart & cassie showing up somehow i haven’t figured out yet. maybe timkon get bound to each other somehow and there’s a big misunderstanding about it. i’m throwing spaghetti at the wall here. also made this meme for the 5 sundiscus fans who will get it 🫡
