Homecoming.
Oyana stands on the precipice of her home. The last time she was here, the soil was soaked with the blood of her brethren.
The young troll dropped her shield to the ground, as well as her claw. Both weapons made connection with the mud, sending splashes of dirty water onto her threadbare skirt. With bare feet, she wadded through the water, towards the tribe hall, where her parents were murdered.
She walked past long-dead Guardians of the Forest, ancient living trees that the Kaldorei used to cull massive amounts of the population before continuing the slaughter themselves. Now their once purple leaves had faded to grey, their bark peeling, decaying bodies occasionally creaking.
She makes landfall.
The water is almost baptismal. Years of grief come off with the clear waters of the Vale, she stands on the shore, soaking wet, and looks to the cave where their chieftain fell. Her parents could wait, they would understand. The Shatterspear’s lost daughter has come to pay her respects.
Slowly, as a funeral procession, she makes her way up the hill, passing the skeletons of huts and the clustered bones of her people, left to rot by the Kaldorei. She would bury them. She would bury them all by herself if she had to.
The cave is cold, and damp. Old saber footprints lay faded in the dried mud at the entrance. Where their chieftain was slain.
His body lays there, inside, forgotten. Crumpled in on itself. And finally, Oyana feels her throat catch. Her vision blurs, and the first of many tears roll down her cheek.
“I am home, Chieftain.” She says to the fractured figure. Her voice is shaky, and watery. She walks forward, stoops, and takes his skull gently in her arms.
“I am home, Jor’kil.” She presses their foreheads together.
The dead are no longer alone. Oyana has come home.

Taking a page out of the warcraft movie— After she goes to Shatterspear Vale, Oyana wears a necklace baring the tusks of her mother and father.
Drew Oyana and Shalan’dris after Darkshore! Oyana’s on her way to use her shamanistic control over the earth and lightening to get back to her home in Shatterspear Vale, whereas Shal is basically content to sit this one out, Tyrande reminding her of herself when she was under the control of the Twilight’s Hammer.
The Alliance can catch Oyana’s hands in Darkshore.
