*Blows the Dust Off*
I know it's cliche to get back into fitness in January but whatever.
Motivation is wierd. You never know what's really going to hit you and stick with you.
Recently hubby and I were just driving along and once again talking about getting in better shape and he says "I really hope you stick with it because I don't want to go hiking without you. But I will cause I'm not giving it up, I love it."
Wow. I never want that to happen, ever. So apparently fear it what works for me. 😉
