Rob sat in the row next to the window towards the middle, he liked that seat, he could easily listen to what the teacher was saying as well as find something to do if he was bored. Currently he was bored, math class was usually interesting but right now all they were doing was reviewing, he didn’t need the review, sometimes he will even go to the extent to say he didn’t even need the lecture. The clock on the wall only contributed to drive him crazier, he had a theory that time passed slower than usual at Ever After Prep, of course this theory was always dismissed by a 'you are such an idiot' and a punch on the shoulder courtesy of Faye. Faye, even just thinking of her made his day better, he missed having her for math, but she wanted that biology class that Rob tried so hard to avoid, so they had different schedules.

He wondered what she was doing right now, probably paying attention or writing notes while making that cute face she had every time she was in deep concentration. He couldn’t wait for the class to end, then he would get to spend lunch with her, the memory of the way her hair smelled made him want to sigh. “Mr. Iras” he heard the teacher say, “I’m waiting” Rob wasn’t even aware a question had been asked, he quickly scanned the board and said, “the limit does not exist” with a smug smile. “Don’t think that this means I didn’t see you daydreaming Mr. Iras” the teacher said and Rob nodded just as the bell rang. He found Faye in the one of he hallways next to her locker, she was facing the opposite way, so Rob used his new training to quietly sneak up behind her. He covered her eyes with his hands and the smell of her hair filled his nose.

something magical {jillian & faye}

This was the magical thing about Fridays--there were so few classes offered that the University was so empty it was like a ghost town. Jillian sighed as she walked across campus, bundling up her coat in the crisp autumn air. The change of the seasons was one of Jillian's favorite times of the year, and this evening was no different. Her class had gotten out early, and now she had the rest of the day to do whatever she pleased. The young woman smiled to herself as she walked down the street, towards the rest of the town.

It wasn't until she was halfway to the palace that it occurred to her--I could go somewhere. See the town. No one would notice I was gone. Almost as if her feet had made the decision for her, she veered to the right, onto a side street and towards the bar she'd stumbled upon before. The man in there had been a bit rude, but he had been right--she did need to get out more. So here she was, tiptoeing inside of a bar in the middle of the afternoon, looking around timidly at the large, quiet room.
