Kairo hadn’t quite realized that Eve was teasing him - that sort of subtly went right over his head so, when she suggested that he was weak, he promptly proved to her otherwise. He never forgot that he was the God of Evil, and therefore had a reputation to uphold (even if it was one he did not feel he deserved).
“Hm, well actually,” he hummed to himself, suddenly turning with Eve now forgotten on his shoulder, “I wouldn’t say that I am the strongest. Surely someone will be stronger. Though if it were to come down to a fight, I could just squash everyone in an earthquake - in which case I would then be the strongest. I wonder.” He paced a few times in the room, only remembering her when he’d looked into a mirror.
“Oh! Right— did you want to come down yet?”
