I just read a comment on a post where a Scott stan straight up claimed that Derek didn't fight back at the end of 2x12 when Scott made him bite Gerard because he agreed with Scott's plan. Just completely ignoring the fact that Derek was paralyzed and begging Scott not to do it. I know I shouldn't even be surprised, because Scott stans will go to crazy lengths to pretend that he is perfect, but I am still just gobsmacked. I mean, how delusional do you have to be??

Seriously? That is one gross case of victim blaming.

What Scott did that night was terrible, and I wish Derek would’ve never forgiven him for it. I’m glad Corey at least reacted appropriately. It’s one of those things that show you that just because Scott wants to do good and be good doesn’t mean he is. What he did there wasn’t heroic, it was abuse.

And that anyone could try to excuse it away just shows their true colors.

Exactly. And there's a major problem with him. He already caused Hayden to get hurt in the first place by using her as bait. And then he does this. He doesn't even tell Liam why he refused to bite her. All that did was make Liam even more pissed off at Scott.

He’s definitely responsible for Liam loosing it and attacking him. He’s his alpha, he’s a friend Liam looks up to. I’m just glad I’ve never seen anyone bash Liam for doing this. Now Stiles just has to punch him once to be bashed to no end ;) Tells you that those Stiles haters are definitely not neutral.

I really didn't get why he didn't explain it. Surely Liam deserved to know his reasoning. I mean...

Any normal person would’ve. It just makes scott seem as if he thinks he knows what’s best for people when he doesn’t.

Exactly. I was going to reply but decided it was best not to. But yeah. Scott had no reason to trust Theo. Especially not after he recorded Kira sleep talking. And I don't know where these people get that Stiles said Scott wasn't human. How they don't get that Stiles meant that unlike Scott, he can't supernaturally heal in a matter of moments. And his reason for not biting Hayden is ESPECIALLY lame when you consider the fact that she was already dying and because he'd decided to use her as bait

Scott should just stop being so naive and get a grip on reality. Ever since he’s the True Alpha everyone wants his power so he needs to be more cautious and he needs to stop trusting people. It’s as simple as that.

And I think even Scott didn’t take it as an insult but as what it actually was meant? Just that Scott doesn’t care that others die more easily I guess..

Yeah, but what annoys me the most is that he simply didn’t explain himself. It could’ve solved so much. Miscommunication is a bad writing tool and it makes your characters seem like a dickish idiot. If only they cared about making Scott more likable.

UGH. I just saw something on my dash that made Scott out to be the real victim. Basically saying Stiles destroyed his credibility by hiding what happened to Donovan and not explaining. And then they said Stiles attacked Scott and called him not human and that Scott wasn't allowed to make mistakes. It also said some bullshit at how Scott didn't bite Hayden(who he got hurt in the first place) because it would kill her. And how Scott was killed by a close confident.

haha Scott not allowed to make mistakes. The boy is barely making anything but mistakes, gives me a break. Scott was killed by his own naivety and his lack of faith in his own pack. If he hadn’t fucked everyone over he wouldn’t have been alone at the end of the season. Like he could’ve easily kept Liam at his side by simply explaining why the bite could kill her. And even then he could’ve still tried it because she would die either way, so what’s the harm. Unless he was scared to ‘kill’ someone and lose his alpha powers? Oh who knows.

Best just block that post and whoever wrote it.

Geez, they really love to make it about race. I could just as easily say that people who defended Scott when he used Hayden as bait, sunk his claws into Corey, trusted Theo, or threw Isaac into a wall just wanted to suck Posey's dick. But honestly. Stiles' reaction isn't the best. But he has his hands on Scott because his father is in danger, in the hospital. And the only reason for that is because Scott trusted Theo. Plus, this is hours after Scott didn't trust him and believed the worst.

Sometimes tumblr is just overly sensitive when it comes to any sort of ‘violence’. But friends getting into a physical fight after a huuuge fallout and during a very emotional time just isn’t as horrible as they make it seem. Stiles isn’t abusing Scott, Scott isn’t helpless against Stiles, and while a punch to the face isn’t nice it’s also nothing horrible.

I love how scott stans say nothing about how he essencially mindraped corey, and played with hayden as bait, keeping both her and liam out of the loop. no wonder liam attacked him

He also didn’t take time to explain to liam why he wouldn’t give her the bite if I remember right? So no wonder Liam thought Scott had completely fucked him over. And with his well known anger issues and Hayden being his first love..  I don’t judge him for his reaction.

Scott's the Alpha. He's supposed to be a leader for his pack, someone they can trust to have their backs in any situation, someone they can trust and who trusts them, someone they can depend on, someone they can go to with their problems and issues and talk to him about it. Yet there's literally none of that actually happening on the show. He'd rather put his trust into someone he hasn't seen since the 4th grade and has only been back in BH for a few weeks than trust his best friend, gf and pack

He’d also rather trick people into his plan and keep information from them instead of sharing the whole plan as well. Scott might have honorable motives but the way he goes about it is just awful. He’s not a leader and he’s not a good alpha.
