TESLA Model Y 🇺🇸 ______________________________________ [3/15/19] FIRST, lets us be proud that the US is leading the WORLD in electric cars! ....Well its finally here everyone and I’m going to admit it looks pretty frumpy and I praise them for not calling it a “coupe” like the sneaky Germans. And before you all start saying “how on earth is this an SUV”, take a step back and look at what some manufacturers are calling SUV’s these days…. And even Jag calls the I-Pace is an “SUV”…. Let’s be real, these are all larger, taller, slightly higher riding hatchbacks and thats that! The Model Y completes the SEXY theme and is based on the Model 3 chassis but actually is more different than it may seem! The design is a bit unique with taller panels and a different side body sculpting. 🔥@Allcarnews Spec Sheet: The Model Y will come in 4 flavors but the one to look out for is the Performance team with a 150MPH TopSpeed, 0-60 in 3.5sec and a 280mile range with AWD! The standard range RWD Model Y will start at $39,000 and have 230 miles while the long range gets 300Miles at $47k! 🔥 The Model Y will be the safest crossover in its class (GLC, X3, Q3….) and so far is the only electric vehicle in its class! It, like the Model 3, has a fully panoramic roof, a massive center display and somehow you can fit 7 people in this inflated Model 3! Production will begin in the fall of 2020 and for once it will be on schedule! They are going to sell these by the boat loads (literally) but to me its a no no.. and I’m a Tesla fan. テスラModel Sを見てきました

ある日、「テスラ　中古」と検索をかけたら偶然、広島市内の自動車販売店がヒットしました。「お、凄い」とよく見たら、Model S のP100Dという最上車種ではないですか！本体価格は1930万円。総額では2000万円出したら、お釣りが20万円ほど来ますw

ぜひ見たい！でも明らかに購入層ではないからご迷惑かも…と思いつつ連絡したら、「いいですよ」ととても気さくな返事が。というわけで振替休日の12日に、広島市西区にあるヴィーコロ広島さんを訪問しました。

このテスラP100Dは、売り物というよりショップのデモカーだそうです（もちろん販売も可能）。社長の片山さん曰く「電気自動車に興味があったので買いまして」。そして３〜５年後にはEVの専門店を開きたい、という目標も。Model3もすでに注文済みだそうです。覚悟が凄い！

シートに座ってインパネなどじっくり見ます。昨年秋ごろ購入した時はまだでしたが、のちに自動でシステムが更新され、自動運転も可能に。自車より２台前のクルマまで認識するそうです（インンパネにもアイコンでその２台が表示されるらしい）。クルマのシステムを自動更新させる辺り、さすがIT企業です。

運転してみたかったのですが、午後からEVデロリアンのインパネシステムをアップデートさせる作業が待っていました。そこでEVつながりとして、一緒に写真だけ撮らせていただきました。ん？　この並びにデジャヴ感。ああ、テスラ・ロードスターに初試乗した時と似てる♪

あれから約7年。テスラも随分進化しましたが、EVデロリアンも急速充電が使えるようになったり、走りがとても安定してきたりと負けていません！　レベルは違えど、更なる進歩目指して、これからも頑張ります。
