Political AU Bucky, Touch?

I just typed all this out and my borrowed laptop crashed ugh. 

How are they with cuddling/holding hands?

in the days after Steve comes out, Bucky is a PR nightmare because he just can’t stop being photographed holding the President’s hand or kissing his cheek or just being generally cute and disgusting. it was so hard for him to keep things on the DL before that Steve doesn’t even try to make him stop.

Do they like to be hugged?

liked is kind of an understatement: Bucky gets energy from being hugged and it somehow always makes him feel better. Steve doesn’t get how he still acts like he’s starved for affection when he’s pretty sure nobody in the world snuggles up to people more than Bucky, but being wrapped up in a tight hug still seems like the best thing that’s ever happened to him. 

Do they fidget?

Constantly. Like Bucky is only still and pliant either after he’s been thoroughly fucked or when he’s getting his hair played with. the rest of the time he just gets bored.

What’s their taste in music?

He uses his platform as First Gent to vocally support the queer music he likes - and no that doesn’t mean Lady Gaga or Katy Perry, which are inevitably the first questions he gets and rolls his eyes to. 

Can they sing? Do they sing? (Two different questions!)

Can he: no. Does he: yes, constantly, everywhere. In the shower, in the office, when Steve is trying to work. It’s cute... to an extent. 

Can/do they play any instruments?

He can kind of play like 6 guitar chords that T’Challa taught him (his friend is in a band, Bucky ditches the secret service to watch them a lot). That’s literally it. 

Dance?

If by dance you mean grind inappropriately on homophobic sentators at state events... Nat made him sit down before it got interesting.
