Brouwerij 't IJ Paasij Bock (Picked up at de Bierkoning in Amsterdam). A 3 of 4. A really pleasant beer -- lots of spice and citrus fruit in the nose as well as some yeasty notes. Drinks with a thicker than expected but well-balanced body with malt sweetness, some spice, and a clean finish.
