This Paleo apple crisp is a delicious and healthy dessert option for fall. It's made with wholesome ingredients and is free of refined sugars and grains.
Ingredients: 4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced. 1 cup almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup coconut sugar. 1/4 cup melted coconut oil. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a bowl, toss sliced apples with cinnamon, nutmeg, and a pinch of salt. Spread the seasoned apples evenly in a baking dish. In another bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, coconut sugar, and melted coconut oil until crumbly. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the apples. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender. Serve warm and enjoy!
