Ya know what I want to see?
So I'm following a number of pagan blogs because I enjoy that. And they are all very nice. Lovely crystal spreads and beautifully written books of shadows/grimoires with amazingly done art and reblogged posts of nature and sooo many of the books and it's just aesthetic out the ass. But ya know what I really want to see? Some truly budget-friendly, ratchet as fuck blogs. Not those ones claiming that their budget friendly but somehow have a shit ton of beautifully cut crystals. Because NO. Crystals, nice, well cut, aesthetically pleasing crystals that somehow EVERY pagan blog I've come across has several of, that shit is expensive. I want to see someone who is very clearly on,a very limited budget. Using what's obviosly a composition notebook as their BOS/Grimoire and only has one small, kinda janky looking piece of quartz that your not really sure if it is quartz and not a hunk of glass that was altered to look like quartz. I want that one person running a blog to be totally open about being on a very limited budget. I want to see posts that are like "I'm trying!" With a picture of their notebook and its like written, almost illegibly, with words scratched out and pictures from the internet glued onto pages. Ya know? It's just that person posting what makes them happy and not caring if it's aesthically pleasing because they are happy with it, well happy enough l with it. And each post has this one tag that's all "I'll rewrite this later" or "in my practice Grimoire!, not really this is it." And "I probably won't rewrite this. I'm fuckin' lazy XD"
But, yeah, that's what I want to see.
