💪🏼😊Recovery😰💪🏼 ••• Did you know you're supposed to spend the same amount of time recovering as you do training?! ••• If you want to stay healthy and perform at your best, you must stay on top of your recovery! ••• I honestly don't know where I would be without @prehab2perform ••• Dr. Steve is a CrossFitter, so he know what we put our bodies through on a daily basis. This allows him to adequately address and take care of injuries and what's causing them! ••• My knee has been bugging me a bit this week. I know I have to get in front of these potential injuries right away if I want to continue training for regionals. Today Steve did a little Graston (aka scraping) on my quad and knee...which can be quite painful 😣 but it's definitely worth embracing a moment of pain for the amazing results it can produce.
