Yellow Plane Dispensing Over Corn

This one will have a special place in my heart, I think. I met a couple at an apple butter festival we were selling at who told me about the pilot of the yellow plane - his name was Butch and he used his plane not only to dust his crops, but as a volunteer firefighter, using his plane to drop water on the wildfires.

A couple months later it sold at a Holiday Market. The woman started crying when she saw it on the table, and told me about how she and her grandfather use to watch the planes dust together, and he had recently passed away. She bought it on the spot. Art was always meant to touch people. I'm glad it went home with the right person.
