The Wackness
Yay, Libyan rebels. You’ve saved me and my spell check a lot of headaches. I heard the Qaddafi (Khadafy, Gadaffie, Kqdsfdky, etc.) news while getting ready for work this morning. Good Day NY managed to slip it in there between the Spanx fashion show and their 1,245th Breast Cancer Awareness segment.* Now if somebody would just smother that mo-fo Megrahi with a pillow (a pink one perhaps?) we’d be all good.
It’s no secret that I like animals better than people. For one thing, animals don’t snap their gum on the subway or root for the Yankees. So of course I am devastated about the Ohio animals. It’s bad enough they are stuck in Ohio. What a shitty life. You start out as a mighty lion, king of the jungle, roaming the Serengeti and you end up in Ohio, shot in the back trying to escape like a common meth-head. They didn’t even get a chance to kill and eat any Ohioans. On a semi-related note, I’m not saying the Wall Streeters should be shot per se, I’m just saying the authorities in Zanesville, Ohio have a better grip on how to deal with dirty, potentially dangerous wild animals than the mayor of NYC.
*Is there really anyone who’s NOT aware of breast cancer at this point?
These poor creatures didn't ask for this.
Saddened these poor animals had a shitty existence and a more horrible end. Sadly as in most cases this asshole will get off with a handslap and a "please don't do this again". And of course the public will laugh and call this an isolated incident and those of us who are sympathetic as nutcases, and liberals and you get where I'm going. I'm pissed off.
I think it's bull shit they shot and killed most of the animals that escaped in ohio. Couldn't they tranquillize them and send em to the zoo?:(
Sadness for those poor animals in Ohio who were gunned down due to human selfishness. I don't want to go psycho animal rights person or anything, I mean there were tigers, lions, wolves and bears running loose in a populated area, but I hope America will review their laws on allowing exotic animals to be kept privately. There were 18 Bengal tigers shot and killed, and there's only 1400 of them left in the wild.
