Paintedfire asked me: Top 3 things you like to blog about outside of art history. Go.

And so my answer is:

1. Wolves and Ava Gardner. Wolves and wolf girls, specifically, and Ava Gardner with serious glam-bitchface, specifically. I'm writing a book about a wolf girl and love that. And I'm writing a book about a woman who is a dead ringer for Ava Gardner. So these are the same category. 

2. Women/feminism: I post a healthy combination of feminist power posts and women looking beautiful and sexy, mostly because I'm a gay lady who goes to liberal arts women's college. I do this to empower women, myself included. 

3. Humor. Did it make me laugh? Awesome, I'm going to post it. This includes but is not limited to: cats doing things, Parks and Rec and 30 Rock and Arrested Development, and inside jokes with my friends.

1. If you could live the life of any superhero or villain, who would it be and why? would it be weird if i said batman? being very rich and a superhero just seems like the way to do it...

2. What’s your favourite food? uh tbh i love any kind of food, i am really not picky. anything my mum makes is usually pretty amazing. if i had to pick probably a good roast or steak. but i also love anything asian, mexican etc. 

3. If you could live in any city, which city would it be? paris. i lived there for 2 months and i really want to go back. i have never been to new york, but i would love to live there for a while. 

4. Cats or Dogs? CATS.

5. What is your best memory of your childhood? probably spending time at our beach house as a family. 

6. Do you have any phobias? nope

7. What’s the scariest film you’ve ever seen? i hated the grudge 2. i am usually not scared by a lot of films but i had horrible nightmares from that. also jaws? i watched it when i was really young and i have been terrified of deep water since. 

8. Do you have any piercings or tattoos? just my ears - no tattoos. 

9. Who’s your favourite musical artist/band? florence and the machine (but closely followed by the xx and bon iver)

10. Do you play any video games and if so what’s your favourite? does the sims count..?

11. What’s one thing you couldn’t live without? sounds awful but probably by laptop/the internet - or maybe a tie with music
