Taking a stroll in the rain as the morning glories begin to bloom! Simon may be a fish-folk but even sometimes he doesn't want to get completely soaking wet.

A quick piece for ArtFights SproutFight2025, using mainly the themes of Stroll [And Dewdrop since rain..] and the colour palette of Morning Glories!

Really happy with how this turned out, great perspective practice + limited colour palettes! ^-^

I did one of those challenges where you redraw something years later. I don’t remember when I drew the old one, but I remember I always tried and struggled to get fireflies right so I stopped trying. Coming back years later and it turning out well made me feel so happy that I can’t even describe it.
