Another year, another spartan. This year was tough but also an awesome experience. I cut my time by almost 40 minutes, I feel great about that, my muscles are still a little sore! 😂 I can't wait to see what happens next year! Maybe I'll get a sprint in this year too... we'll see. I channeled my inner @rorybosio and was singing a little while running on the trails. I got some weird looks but really, it was beautiful in the woods and any time there was flat or down hill I was in my element. 😍 Thank you to @leoatlarge for taking my cranky ass to @wegmans afterward for food and putting up with my icy hot obsession and constant napping. 😂 Fantastic weekend all around.
