I was really into that movie until the last act at the CDC or whatever it was... it just lost so much momentum. And the lone zombie in the medicine room wasn't as scary or upsetting as the twitchy cgi zombies... But I didn't read the book so ::shrug:
That's the point in the movie where the WHO Doctor, played by the new Doctor Who, shows up, and my now-girlfriend and I accidentally caught the couple in front of us engaging in not-safe-for-movie-theater, mouth-related activities. Putting aside the fact that you are paying to see a movie why aren't you paying attention to it, why would you, while watching a movie about people who spontaneously and with very little warning turn into undead monsters that eat human flesh, willingly put any part of yourself in another person's mouth?
The moment with the pepsi machine pulled me back in, though, because I was just like "oh my god, they actually did that, this is the greatest movie I've ever seen"
I recommend, for anyone who's considering watching it, please do so in an environment where yelling at the screen is encouraged.

It has been rattling around in my head for a couple days so I had to get it typed up and presentable. The 30 days is to get us ramped up for s3 of the TV show (May 8). Also the first episode of the podcast aired 5/1/2009 but I don't know if they'll celebrate the 5 year on Monday 4/28 or Monday 5/5.

Oh man that movie messed me up for days. And fuck seaworld. Their stupid rebuttal keeps coming on my fb news feed. It’s like 9000 words saying “blackfish is all a lie because we say so” uuuggghhhh THE WORRRST
i have no idea why i thought 1 am would be a good time for this movie. i'm like /lies down /tries not to cry /will probably end up crying a lot. i haven't seen their rebuttal and i really hope it never comes up anywhere i can see it
