Panched really works

The more I think about it, the more perfect the pairing of Ted and Pancho in All Hail King Julien is. It has always been painfully obvious that Ted is in the closet and hot happy in his marriage to Dorothy, while Pancho has flirted with both men and ladies in the series.

Additionally both of them have serious psychological issues, Ted with his multiple personality disorder manifesting in Snake, and Pancho was the subject of torture and brainwashing by uncle King Julien which has left him slightly deranged.  

They have both been involved in criminal activities, with Ted getting involved in various black market businesses and Pancho being a well known felon.

It just works :).

i had a question to the Ship Panched . What does Ted think if Pancho being brainwahsed by Uncle Julien and Pancho being a felon?

To the brainwashed thing I like to imagine Ted reassures Pancho telling him that he really does care about him and he’s /real/ and that what they have is /real/

For the felony thing honestly Pancho has dragged him into it a couple times I honestly don’t think he minds it. If not joins in on it. I suppose it could depend too.

When have you started shipping your ships?

Ohhhhh man get ready lets seeeeeee

SkiJu: when I first saw tPoM I wasn’t completely into it yet so I never noticed really anything about these two (weird I know) In fact the only ship I ever recognized was Skilene. It never got to me tho, I just like the two as friends. I’ve always loved Madagascar and would watch the movies as they came and when I saw the penguins were getting a movie in 2014 I really wanted to see it! So I did and I got the urge to watch tPoM again. When did I couldn’t believe how many moments Skipper and Julien had and I sat there thinking “how did I miss all of this oh my gosh” and really liked the idea of them as a couple as they’re adorable and had so many gay moments together I couldn’t resist. But I didn’t have anyone to share this with so I kinda dropped out of it again, but THEN I rewatched the PoM movie at the end of 2016 and got the urge to rewatch tPoM againnnnnn and it renewed my love for it and I dragged my girlfriend @yokai-watch-is-why into it cuz she also had an old love for the show and finally I had someone to share my skijuness with as I got her to ship it too and my love for these penguins and lemurs hehe. (I got her into AHKJ too!!) And here I am today shipping the heck out of them still they are my otp, and still loving these guys.

Kico: it pretty much falls under the same reasons as SkiJu by watching tPoM again! Seeing how these two bonded in the show was really adorable and they always acted so close together I really liked them together and wanted to ship them. They’re my second fave ship in the Madagascar franchise.

CloMo: DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION HONESTLY! Every since I saw the Big Papi and Mama seats taken by Clover and Maurice it lit a spark in me to ship these two. And then I recognized more and more how these two bond and it’s sooooo good I just couldn’t hold back anymore. I used to lowkey ship these two but the more I saw and imagined with these two, the harder I shipped these two so it’s no longer a lowkey ship for me anymore!!!

Panched: EXILED BASICALLY! And the part where they held each other in it, that’s what got me attention. I thought of them as a couple and how they’re traveling together in Exiled I just “oh yes this would be adorable, I’m shipping it.”

MartyAlex: I USE TO LOWKEY SHIP THESE TWO CUZ THEIR RELATIONSHIP IN THE MOVIES IS REALLY CUTE AND CLOSE but then @merrymadagascar came in with his love for these two and seeing more of them and their good points this is also another ship I no longer lowkey ship. They are adorable together.

And THUS are pretty much my favorite ships in this franchise. I like a lot more ships but these are the most important ones to me ♥️
