Today my partner and I handmade gnocchi from scratch with rosemary and parsley (from our garden) and lemon zest.

I made a butter sauce with rosemary, parsley, lemon juice and zest plus panchetta, mushroom and cherry tomatoes. Also oven roasted onion roses with balsamic glaze.

It turned out really yummy 🍋🌿
