From my personal experience, sexual, spiritual, and creative energy are really all parts of one whole. If you are expressed creatively, you are going to be expressed sexually. If you are in the flow of expressive sex, then you know that Spiritual attainment must have a hand in it. And creativity is about spiritual communion.
Sex is a core function of humanity. It plays a huge role in the physical health and vitality of the body. Sex is also an immense, universal force that can merge your spirit (your divine essence) with your body. Sex is involution (spirit descending) and evolution (physical ascending) meeting at the heart in an explosion of pure love.
But to fully experience sex in this divine way, we have to engage in it in a divine forum.
What is sacred sexuality?
Sacred sexuality is completely counter to what our culture presents as the experience of sex. In modern society, sex is completely externally focused. It's an objectification of form, mired in fantasy, watched from the sidelines as a "spectator" through porn and taking for granted the warm, human flesh we connect with.
While this widely used approach will surely produce an orgasm, it can be animalistic and short (22 seconds on average). Experiencing sex this way takes us away from the present. The present is the only truth there really is. It takes us outside of ourselves, when, really, the holy grail—sex as communion with the soul—is a possibility that exists within us any time, all the time.
Why is sex the most coveted experience in modern-day culture? Because we seek this connection with the divine. Because it allows us to transcend ourselves in a way no other experience does. We know there is the potential for sex to be transformational and life-changing.
We've been expecting way too little of sex for a very long time. It's a massively powerful energy. And it has more potential than we realize to be a force for the amazing in our lives. What if sex, experienced as sacred, could open a field of intimacy in your relationship with your lover that you never knew existed?
Sexual energy is the bridge back to our Source; it is our connection back to the Life force. The physical, emotional and mental benefits of a healthy sex life are well documented and cannot be denied.
Sex that remains purely sex becomes a distraction and ultimately stagnates your spiritual growth. But when sex becomes an opportunity to return to the Source and becomes a doorway of transformation to higher states of awareness – it gains a whole new purpose.~

there’s nothing quite like watching an attempted coup in real time on national tv and then waking up the next day, making breakfast, and then signing into your 9am theology class that’s online because of a global pandemic
My teachers: You will be expected to complete your online courses with the same amount of integrity and effort as you would any other year.
Me: Well you see, Matthew, I have 54 missing assignments and a Brainly account that says otherwise.
“No Excuses”
I was reminded the other day by one of my teachers that one of our late papers needed to be turned in by a certain time with no excuses-which got me thinking.
I truly don’t believe that academics is a ‘no excuses’ area. We are in a global pandemic where many school systems have been subjected to upheaval-and not only that, but other regular stressors ex. lots of classes, work, personal issues.
It also reminded me of the time two years ago that my grandfather died. I missed a peer editing in my English class, and although she said I would be exempt from the grade, and yet, the end of the class appeared and I had a 0/20 on the assignment, that I couldn’t make up.
We are going through so much this year. And your life does matter and it does affect your academics-you cannot box the two up as if they exist in a vacuum. It was the incident in English class that made me realize that grades are not everything when life decides to remind you of itself. Academics do not dictate life. Life does.
We have excuses, we have reasons, of falling short-and given our circumstances, are they really shortcomings, or are they doing your best with what has been given? If we truly did our best and looked for help when we could...was it really a failure?
All of this for a reminder for finals that if your grades are not as good as normal in this pandemic, you are not alone. Studies have shown this trend. And you are not any less than for having trouble reacting and adapting to these stressors. You’re inherent intelligence does not hinge on a grade. Even if you didn’t get an A, know that I’m still proud of you for finishing this semester, and that there will be lighter days ahead. I am proud of you for doing your best with that you got.
Do not be too hard on yourself for surviving.
“We live in unusual times. There is great unrest under the surfaces of all our lives. We are uncomfortable and antsy. We are shifting in our seats: the seats we were strapped into before we knew how the buckles worked. Before we had the motor skills and body strength to hold our backs against the chairs carved for us behind a desk, in a cubical, on the bus that takes the same route day after day. We were taught that this is just the way it is. That we all have to do it. Our parents did it, their parents did it. Why should we be special? Who are we to buck the system? Yes. They'll tell you you're not special. But you are. And so is everybody else. But the difference, my friend, is that you know it. Deep inside you, you feel it. There has to be more. More fulfillment. More love. More fun. More time. More space. More abundance. More freedom. Deep inside you is something that cannot be tamed, that does not and cannot accept the smallness of ordinary life. Admit it. Not to me. To yourself. Admit that you want more. A lot more. You want it all. Do you know why? Because you were born from the love of the infinite. And you cannot be anything else but it's greatness, and you will suffer until you embrace it because there is no greater pain than to feel estranged from your own soul. Your spirit will never stop demanding it's expression, and you will never stop grieving if you don't let it break apart the false limitations under which you live. Just say yes. Just be willing. Just pay attention. Just entertain, for one holy instant, the possibility that something that seems impossible, isn't. Just consider, for one holy instant, that something that seems impossible, is inevitable.~ ~Alison Nappi Author-

It can be hard when seasons come to an end, when life changes and we have to learn it all over again. But looking at the nature and fall colors, I can’t help but think that there is so much beauty in letting go.
We need to let go so we can make space for something new. Letting go isn’t easy and sometimes it feels like death. Darkness comes and some days we search for light, even the smallest glimpse, so desperate to see just a spark, a passing light — but there is a promise here too.
We let go so we can make space to something new — new life, new people, new love, new places, new lessons learned. They will come, if only we let go of this season so we can grow into the new one.

“Remember, no big production necessary but, whatever happens, hold on to your sovereignty right now…
Many big controllers will continue to exploit others, centralise power, feed their psychopathically ambitious disease for greater power. They’re so sick that they may never know, or even be forced to come to terms with the tremendous damage they have inflicted since they are mostly reveling in the self-appointed glory and privilege of running the show, reinterpreting facts and rewriting history to suit their own terms and insidious agenda.
Many of our historians, academics and scholars are themselves possessed with such toxic levels of ambition to become tenured and respected that they tend to preach, promote and promulgate aggressive and exploitative conduct as something to accede to, dismissing as “crude” or “primitive” anyone who doesn’t forcibly succumb to the dark, Machiavellian “divide and conquer” means of getting ahead, thereby subtly and subliminally programming and gas lighting young minds into the psychopathic ways of the old patriarchal world.
That world is dying, along with the old guard. Maintain your sovereignty at all times, especially in the face of severe worldwide hypocrisy.”
