Hey everyone! I hope you are doing well! During this pandemic time it's hard to travel and many places are closed (museums, galleries etc.). I couldn't (and still can't) travel so much and so I can't take/post so many new pictures here or on Instagram. I'm also very busy withy doctoral thesis🤯 Please be patient I try to post high quality sacral art pics. I have many pics from my latest trips to post, but I hope I will visit new beautiful places in the future. Take care🌚

First time I’ve seen this. A community library in a neighborhood transformed into a community pantry. Definitely a sign of the times. (And interesting since it’s in one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in West Seattle.) . . *** #community #communitypantry #conversion #quarantinelife #pandemictimes #westseattle #giving #signofthetimes #seattlelove (at Beautiful West Seattle) https://www.instagram.com/p/CDmEVHHgAbU/?igshid=1nj6p9sh6jnpn

Even before you could conceptualize thoughts or realize you had feelings, your body has told you if you were feeling good or not. Your body likely knows something is wrong before you do. Listening to your body requires tuning in to your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in addition to being mindful of any symptoms that are unusual for you. Your body is talking to you but you are the only one who can listen and appease it. Acknowledging the message is the first step, and choosing to love yourself enough and letting go of the emotional hurt is the only way you can change your emotional pain and ultimately your physical one.
What a time…
