Spoilers for Twin Runes and Paper Trail but
They would tie both of their weird scientist "dads" up and play Pinatta.
Now that would be the cathartic option.
Though I'd just want to put the two in a room together and watch what happens. Deadbeat deathbattle - Gaster edition.
Friends, Family, and Business
After the service, the attendees began to mingle, their hushed conversations filling the air. Occasional glances flickered in Flash’s direction—the news that had just dropped was already rippling through the crowd. Flash turned to walk away from the press line, where his father and grandfather were still acting as a shield against the cameras.
"Flash! Any comment on the news of your relation to Mrs. Page?" a reporter shouted, lunging forward. Flash ignored them, keeping his eyes fixed on the ground until he spotted Aerial making her way toward him.
Concern was etched across her face, but before she could reach him, a Pegasus mare with a rainbow mane stepped into her path.
"It is a pleasure to meet you, Mr. Flash. My name is Rainbow Star—Rainbow for short," the mare said, her gaze glinting with confidence. "I wanted to say how beautiful the eulogy was. It truly tugged at my heart." She paused for effect. "Your mother was a major advocate for our youth charities. I was wondering: is there a chance her son would like to participate in those same events as a guest of honor?"
Flash recoiled slightly at the directness. "I… I’m not sure at this time," he said, choosing his words cautiously. Paper Trail’s warning echoed in his head: Don’t accept anything until you have an agent.
"I will assume that’s a ‘maybe.’ Here is my card; reach out when you’ve made your choice. I look forward to seeing you again," Rainbow said, trotting away before he could object.
Flash watched her go, feeling the weight of the interaction. He turned to find Aerial already at his side.
"Hey. Are you okay?" she asked softly.
"Yeah… I’ll be fine. It’s just overwhelming. The unfamiliar faces, the press…" Flash offered a weak smile.
"I understand. Do you need anything? We can talk if you want," Aerial said, glancing back at the reporters who were finally being escorted out.
"I just need a friend," Flash muttered. "Someone who understands."
They spoke for a long while. Flash poured out everything—from the moment his mother requested him to her final breath. By the time they parted, the heavy knot in his chest had loosened slightly. The two decided to meet up another time to discuss more in less of a public space.
As Aerial left, Flash found his brother, Ember, standing before him. The silence between them felt heavier than usual.
"Flash… how long did you know?" Ember asked, his voice low.
Flash let out a long, ragged sigh. "I only found out Page was my mother a week before she passed away. For my whole life before that, I was just as clueless as you." He looked at his hooves, bracing for a complicated reaction. "I didn't mean to keep a secret, Ember. I barely had time to process it myself."
Ember’s expression softened, and a small, sad smile broke through. "A week... that's not long enough," he whispered, his eyes turning glassy. "I’m just so glad you found her in time, Flash. I'm glad you know where you came from."
"Look, Ember," Flash said, his ears pinning back earnestly. "Before you assume anything… I want you to know that even with my biological father here, you will always be my brother. Mom and Dad—the ones who raised me—will always be my parents. I was lucky to have them."
A single tear escaped Ember’s eye. "That’s great to hear, brother."
The two exchanged hugs as Ember returned to Crescent and Aerial's side, mingling with the two.
Finally, Flash’s gaze fell on an elderly mare standing frozen a few paces away. She studied him with an intensity that made him pause.
"I can’t believe it… my unoka… here in front of me," she whispered in a thick Hoofarian accent. She lunged forward, pulling him into a fierce embrace. Flash stiffened in surprise, but as the reality of who she was sank in, his wing unfurled, instinctively wrapping around his grandmother.
She pulled back after a moment, wiping her cheeks. "Your mother told us everything when she learned you were alive. Your grandfather and I were overjoyed. We loved seeing you when you were just a foal—so playful, always grinning."
"Grandfather?" Flash repeated.
She gestured toward the unicorn stallion standing near Blaze. "Yes, Arrow Strike. He has been just as eager to see you, though he’s preoccupied helping your father deal with the media."
Flash took a shaky breath. Every question he’d carried for a lifetime was being answered in the span of two weeks. It was a flood of closure, both exhausting and relieving. His eyes welled up again.
His grandmother used her magic to bring a cloth to his cheek, gently dabbing the tears away. "Page napsütése végre hazatért hozzánk," she said softly. Page’s sunshine has finally returned home to us.
For a moment, the world around them stilled. The mingling crowd and the grieving whispers faded into the background. After promising to visit his grandparents and meet the rest of the family, Flash finally began his goodbyes.
He hugged his father, his friends, and his "new" family one last time. Then, he turned toward the horizon, heading for the only place that felt like solid ground: his adoptive home at the Skyes residence.
The funeral was over. A new chapter had begun.

T.I - Paper Trail
One of my biggest blind spots when it comes to music is 00s and late 00s rap music; I wasn’t into that kind of stuff growing up, as I was into scene music of all kinds, but I still remember a lot of the big singles from the time. One of those songs is “Whatever You Like” by T.I, but I remember the Weird Al parody of the song that came out a few years later (as I said in my review of a couple of Weird Al albums, the parodies were immediately kind of dated, due to the songs he’s parodying not being as popular when the album came out). I’ve listened to some of T.I’s albums, including 2016’s Us Or Else, and his debut album, 2001’s I’m Serious, but his biggest album is arguably 2008’s Paper Trail.
I’ve always wanted to check it out, and I finally found it for a good deal on eBay, so I’ve been spinning it a lot for the past week and a half. I’ve got some mixed feelings on it, but I really enjoy it overall. This is T.I. at his commercial peak, being his most successful and having two number one singles, but it’s an interesting album that intersects between pop-rap, R&B, and southern rap. It treads that line well, but there are a few songs that don’t do much for me. With that said, there is a lot that I enjoy, and I wanted to focus on that first. I love when T.I raps throughout this album, and that sounds like common sense, but he does try his hand with some catchier and more pop-friendly stuff. Some of that does work, namely with “Whatever You Like,” but the lyrics are kind of garbage on it. I’ll get to that more later, but the album is strongest when he’s riding a southern-influenced / trap beat, such as “I’m Illy,” “On Top Of The World,” “Swing Ya Rag,” “Swagga Like Us,” and “Ready For Whatever.”
The poppier stuff I’m not as into, such as “Slide Show,” but it has a more mellower and sentimental type of sound. I just don’t think T.I is strongest there, but I do love “Dead & Gone” with Justin Timberlake. The pop hook on that is so good, but the album is fairly consistent. It’s a bit too long, clocking in at around 75 minutes, but I would only really cut a couple of songs. There are a solid amount of guests here as well, especially artists that were popular at the time, such as Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, John Legend, BOB, Rihanna, Usher, Ludacris, Kanye West, and Justin Timberlake. They all do fine, especially Jay-Z and Ludacris. JT does a great job, too, but in terms of rappers, those two are my favorites that pop up.
Really, the main issue I have with this album is that the lyrics are kind of bad. Not all of them are bad, but they’re either not that interesting, or they’re just bad. I mainly listen to this album for its vibes, because it’s fun, catchy, and energetic, but T.I isn’t an interesting lyricist to me. I remember thinking the lyrics on Us & Them were interesting, because they were of a more political subject matter. I just don’t find anything he says to be worthy of note, but that doesn’t mean the album is bad. I’m still having fun with it, because it’s really catchy, energetic, and bouncy, but I don’t really listen to southern rap for its lyrics. I’d still check this out if you want to hear some solid southern rap, because T.I is a good rapper, it’s just what he’s saying doesn’t do a lot for me sometimes.
Paper Trail! Kris Dreemurr stim board!!!
GUYS IT'S MY BIRFDAY!!!!!!! So I did a funny little stim board of probably the best Deltarune fanwork like... Ever??? I have also come to terms with my massive love for Kris so I chose them for this Paper Trail focused board
If you haven't even read or watched a dub of @lynxgriffin 's Paper Trail, then you need to set your priorities straight as a Deltarune fan because oh my GOD!!! I believe it was started before chapter 2's release and is quite canon divergent but MAN it feels like Mr. Fox himself blessed Lynx with real, actual understanding of the characters and expanding on that, my only complaint is not enough Berdly! 10/10!!! GO CONSUME IT RIGHT NOW!!! Please let me know if Lynx is uncomfortable with me making this stim board :)

HAPPY SAVIOR DAY GUYS!!! Today celebrates the very day I created Deltasavior last year! I’ve been very excited for this all week.
I honestly cannot believe it’s been this long. It feels like only a few months ago since I watched a Paper Trail (by @lynxgriffin) comic dub and got the idea to make a comic of my own. Paper Trail is my absolute favorite, and it’s made me so happy, so I wanted to make Deltasavior to make other people happy and inspire creativity into them as well. So, I wanna thank Lynx for their wonderful comic because without it mine would never exist in the first place.
And I also want to thank you all who’s stayed and read my comic. Even though there isn’t a lot of you, I hope to grow my fanbase and share my wonderful story full of hope yet sorrow with each and every one of you.
