Up bright and early to fly to Batuu!
Han supervises Little Fuckers’ assembly of a new shelf from IKEA.
They’re a little confused about where to start.
Rey has panic attacks. Full blown, sobbing and dry heaving, shaking attacks. They’re different from Leia’s, so at first she and Han weren’t sure how to help, but eventually they realized the best way to help Rey is to let her get all her emotions out so she can calm down and give her a safe space to try and name her feelings.
Once she’s done (Han calls it “screaming it out”), they make her some tea and tuck her in to bed with a documentary about the Clone Wars on her holo pad.
Leia left Han a Life Day prep list. He enlisted the help of his grumpy but festive downstairs neighbor, General Grievous. “My kids want a Life Day tree and we’re gonna get the best one, dammit.” “I shall use my lightsabers to strike down the mighty fir!” “...yeah ok whatever dude.”
Once Han came home from the Med Center and Leia went back to work, Han started packing lunches for her and the Little Fuckers. At first it was extremely minimal (a carton of blue milk, a piece of fruit, and credits to buy “real food”) but once he felt better, he got REALLY into it.
Like elaborate, bento-style creations he finds on Space Pinterest.
When Finn and Rey won’t wake up in the mornings, Han hobbles into the hallway next to their rooms, turns up the volume on his holopad, and plays the screeches of Rathtars.
That usually gets them out of bed.
Finn: Hey, Han, which one of us is your favorite?
Han: I hate you all equally.
It’s Sunday night and Han’s packing lunches for Leia and the kids. Size issues be damned - he’s gonna use the Tupperware he found on Space Pinterest.
