Sirenella & The Seven Dwolves?
“There’s seven of us...right now, at least. We’re a pretty small pack compared to the size of the city,” Taecyeon explained. Looking at things statistically, yeah, they were a small group, but they did have a reputation for being strong physically. Not only that but as a leader Taecyeon was known for being one of the good ones, someone who would take in any stray as long as they carried their weight and did no harm to others. He didn’t bring that fact up when explaining things to Jeonghan. He couldn’t say things like that with his own mouth.
“Not everyone lives here in the loft with us. Seungwon-hyung has a place of his own on the outskirts of town. Seoji-hyung lives with his employers. He’s a guardian. You might’ve seen him at the party tonight. Oh, and Jimin is a guardian now too. He was at the party as well. We’re still not used to being without him. It’s only been a few days,” Taecyeon explained as he parked his car in the parking garage connected to the large apartment he and the younger wolves dwelled in when they needed to stay in the city.
“I’m not sure when you’ll meet those three. The kids staying with me now are more than enough to keep my hands full though,” he admitted sheepishly. “I think they’d do well having a...more gentle, sweeter presence around. Right now it’s a bit...like a dorm rather than a home. Suyeol is a bit rough around the edges, but don’t worry, I’m planning on having a talk with him about his behavior. If he says or does anything to make you uncomfortable you just let me know,” Taecyeon encouraged.
“Umm,” he continued, pausing as he got out of the car and jogged around to Jeonghan’s side to open the door for him. “I’ll be having a chat with Hyunbae too...he tends to be a bit...eager for affection when he sees someone with a pretty face,” he confessed. Horny, inappropriate, flirtatious, were all better ways to describe his behavior, but he didn’t want to alarm Jeonghan too much. Taecyeon was definitely more worried about Hyunbae than Suyeol though. Jeonghan was stunningly beautiful and far too sheltered for his own good. At the moment there was only one person he felt safe entrusting his care to.
“Then there’s Hanbin. He’s my second and my most trusted Beta. He’s a good kid,” Taecyeon said with pride in his tone. “You can trust him like you trust me. Hanbinnie will make sure you’re safe if ever I’m not there.” He slipped his arm around Jeonghan, his hand spanning the small of his back as he gently ushered him to the elevator that led to the top two floors of the building. The apartment itself was huge, but with an ever growing pack they really did need the space. Seunghyun made sure their living accommodations were comfortable, as he did with nearly all of his tenants.
He unlocked the apartment door once the elevator let them off on the appropriate floor. The apartment itself was bright and open, expertly decorated...but four werewolves lived there so it was a complete mess. “Good LORD,” Taecyeon grumbled under his breath, utterly embarrassed by the mess. “It wasn’t like this when I left this afternoon,” Taecyeon insisted in a whisper. Despite the mess the apartment was quiet. It was quite late so Taecyeon was at least thankful the boys were in bed and he didn’t have to scold them in front of Jeonghan on his first night.
“I’ll get you settled into one of the spare rooms. There’s a few that are empty,” Taecyeon explained as he helped Jeonghan out of his coat and grabbed him a pair of house slippers to use.
