Paraportiani Church at sunset, Mykonos Stayed a block away from the church and studied the light on the whitwashed church at different times of day. Great island to get lost in. The winding streets were designed to confuse invading pirates. Mykonos • The famous church - Paraportiani - was originally four churches that were constructed over a period of time dating back to 1475 but were never completed until the 17th century.
