is there a term for an alter/headmate who has a different intersex variation than the body? like, if the body has ncah but an alter seems to have cais, is there a word for what they would be?

This might be the term you're looking for? I'm not sure of any others existing, especially specifically for this type of part in an intersex body.

i seen a post from you that said youre cisintersex; im a intersex (cah variant) alter in a system, would that be considered transintersex?? i feel like cisintersex though even though our body is not cisintersex. i just dont want others to think that im just "pretending to be intersex". X( any thoughts?

Hey nonnie!

firstly, you should identify as whatever feels right for you and makes you happy to call yourself, this is deeply personal to you and other's perception shouldn't matter. I've already been accused of faking being cisintersex on here, so really there's always going to be people doubting you.

secondly theres a lot of terms that could fit this, while you could id as cisintersex there's also trisintersex (link) (like we are) and this specific term (link) made for intersex alters in perisex bodies or even parIntersex (link) with the same function but inclusive of alters with different type of intersexuality than their body.

Basically, do whatever you want! 🤍 I think it's harmless if you want to identify as cisintersex, it doesn't concern me nor anyone else. I hope I could helpppp
