Ingredients: 2 medium-sized zucchinis, thinly sliced. 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer basket.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C. Grate the Parmesan cheese and mix it with the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, dried oregano and basil, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Combine well. Make sure that both sides of each zucchini slice are covered evenly with the Parmesan mixture. Use cooking spray or oil to lightly grease the air fryer basket so that food doesn't stick. Make sure the zucchini slices don't touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket. Put the zucchini slices in an air fryer that has already been heated. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping them over halfway through, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
