Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 425F 220C. Put garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and grated Parmesan cheese in a bowl. Cover every zucchini slice with olive oil, and then cover it with the breadcrumb mixture. Put them on a baking sheet. The zucchini chips should be baked in a hot oven for twenty to twenty-five minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. To make sure they cook evenly, flip them over halfway through. Make the salad while the zucchini chips are baking. Put mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and red onion in a large bowl and toss them together.
