For years, I've been having the same recurring dream: I walk into my apartment complex normally but somehow mess up and end up going into the wrong elevator, an elevator that isn't there in real life. I only realize my mistake when the doors have closed, and by then it is too late to do anything. I just have to wait and go wherever the elevator wants to take me. Sometimes I end up in a mirrored version of what would be my floor. Sometimes I meet people. Sometimes I'm just stuck there, watching the floors go up and up and up. Do you dream often? What did you dream of today?
Ok I waited before answering this so that I remembered today's dream, this week's sleep has been super erratic but I wanted a good answer for this.
So kinda! I do dream often but not every day, and sadly I don't remember every dream either, since they are sometimes super funny.
This night's dream was that a famous streamer was looking for hints to beat a specific videogame deathless (the game only existed in my dream), and she found my old strat explanation htmls (yes, it was specifically in html format) and I was watching the livestream as she downloaded the old ass zips and figured out how to open them. The streamer was specifically Parrot Dash, if anyone knows her.
And bonus answer, I don't normally have recurring dreams at all, but I sometimes get a dream that starts as the follow up to another one of my dreams. I naturally remember everything from the previous one and know what I'm supposed to do in an organic way, and even though the details probably don't match, the feeling is that it's obviously like that, and I only realise once I've woken up.
