These cocktail meatballs are the perfect appetizer for any occasion. They're savory, tangy, and incredibly easy to make in the slow cooker.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup milk. 1 egg. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1/4 cup chopped parsley. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 cup ketchup. 1/2 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar. 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 1 tsp mustard powder.
Instructions: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. In a separate bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
