Curse of Sands – text adventure about mystery of ancient Egypt. In a country of forever sand. In endless desert. You have found unknown before pyramid. You have seen it in a dreams. And locals told you, that you need to be carefully with this.
Text adventure gives you some options in some places. You are reading text story and moving forward by script. In some places there is a choice. Way you choose, will affect the ending and some twists of the plot.
Game is in retro style. Just like old text stories for old computers, like 286, 386 processors, maybe some 8 bit computers of Soviet Union, it can be such game in theory.

As I can say, modern gamers begin to forget computers from beginning of 90s. Such systems as 386SX, 386SX2,486DX2,486DX4. Such blue screen was very popular and easy to recognize in those years.
Maybe, someone remember a nice little days together with such blue screen, Norton Commander or Volkov Commander. It was age of MS DOS. Systems level of 486Dx2, 386SX2. And lots of this style. It were another systems too. It were another programs too. For example, Dos Navigator. And not all the time, it was such a blue screen. Programs were different programs.
But it is such a nostalgia, you know. So much more interesting. So, we have today lots of shells, launchers. For game shells. Such as Retro Arch, for example. Or even whole service and client to them. Such as GOG application or Steam application.
So, something like this, I write something like this. With memories about Norton Commander. And retro. Such. It is made with aim to launch games, written for Basic and Pascal in terms of Basic Pascal. Another thing this application cannot do, and not designed for anything else.

By the way, and main feature, as for me, - it is interface. Programming system has its own visual style. It is different from classic blue dos window. If you want app with Russian support – this Pascal already has this feature.

And I test this Pascal in terms of my two text adventure games. First one - is very short. Test example, as I can say. About a nightmare. And second one – Curse of Sands. For me it is a big piece of text, and translation. And, I programmed it, very fast with Pascal ABC. It was not a big deal. So, it is casual Pascal.
And as a feature, I can say about new interface, it is absolutely new, and pretty good and easy to use. It is with windows orientation. And it is made its own way. But it is simple and easy to use. There is menu with options. Which are also simple and easy to understand. First thing you see, when you start this Pascal - it is about how it looks. A windows for Windows. With its own editor and pack of menus. And it makes it as a cool thing, with compare with standard Pascal with blue screen. It has fully windows interface.
