2018 was a very good vintage for this Testarossa Terre Aquilane IGP Rosato by Pasetti Wines. I did not use any filter in my pic, to let you appreciate the intensity of this deep and intense rose wine. All the tasty of the cherry to the nose and in mouth. Elegant, dry, fresh, balanced, this wine let me really satisfied, resulting perfect with a fantastic polenta ragù sauce.
