Why Hello There
Hi! Thanks for visiting! I am just a woman who reads...a lot. I’ll read pretty much anything, no genre is safe! Whether I am immersed in a thrilling fictional tale of revenge, a multi-generational drama, or an eye-opening work of non-fiction - I find the act of reading transformative. When I get lost in a book, I can forget my surroundings - a saving grace in surviving a daily commute on the NYC public transit system. But more than reading, I love talking about books with friends, family and - on rare occasions - strangers.
I don’t expect you to read every book I read or share my likes and dislikes, I’m just happy to take the time to share my passion for pages and hopefully inspire some great discussions along the way. How long the way will be, time will tell. I have a history of starting blogs and forgetting about them (RIP Dog Poop on the Sidewalk).
