🇮🇹 Passorosso è l’Etna rosso di Passopisciaro. Possiamo considerarlo il loro base visto che poi hanno le eccellenti selezioni delle varie contrade! Eppure a me già questo piace tantissimo. Grande equilibrio , eleganza, piacevolezza di beva unita a profonde note frutti rossi e delicate spezie. Buono buono. Ancora di più in questo formato magnum preso al Ristorante Mamma Mia dove la c’è una bella lista dei vini e la carne fa da padrona!! Con una selezione e un scelta veramente ottima!! Abbiamo spaziato da quella più gustosa e grassa del Black Angus a quella più morbida e delicata di Razza polacca entrambe cotte su una piastra di sale!!! E poi quanto è buono il prosciutto di Nebrodi??? We can consider it their entry level wine since they have the excellent selections of the various Contrade! Yet I already like this very much. Great balance, elegance, pleasantness of drinking combined with deep notes of red fruits and delicate spices. Very good. Even more in the magnum format taken at the Mamma Mia Restaurant where there is a nice wine list and excellent meat to combine !! With a really good selection and choice !! We have chosen a tastiest and fattest Black Angus and a softer and more delicate Polish breed both of them cooked on a salty plate!!!
