5th Anniversary Title

Okay, I’m having a moment. I need to condense all of my feelings into a single post to deal with those feelings as they’re bubbling inside of my head at a time like this. I’m going to be talking about the title screen for the 5th Anniversary and I’m going to be plopping Passport Package Spoilers into this so don’t click if you don’t want to see that on top of my key-smashes. 

Apologies if there’s spelling errors or anything in this one, I’m dealing with a very heavy migraine but I needed to talk about this because it made me so happy. If I don’t talk about my boy, I’ll die. 

Okay. I stopped everything I was doing when I got this notif because you know, it’s always a good thing whenever we get the Anniversary message.  What I did not expect to see was my boy Saeran holding his passport on my screen. 

I didn’t think they were going to tie in his Passport in the game at all, whatsoever since it does take place after the AE and during the break period before you get the last cut-away and chatroom of the AE with the RFA members. 

It’s my favorite piece of merch that I’ve got because there’s just so many little details in it. I’ve got a post that covers some of the Passport. But, I’m going to pull some of the photos so you know why this title screen is based on the item itself and themed around it. Like, this is the sticker that is used to close the letter that comes with the passport. 

The passport itself gives it away but the fact that they used the sticker was all it took for me to go: Oh my God, family vacation. Which, isn’t wrong. Because if it hasn’t been something that you’ve seen yet, the RFA is actually drawn on on top of the passport and in the merch ads! 

They have their own little vacation outfits and everything. You can see that they all have their own styles on the ad itself, but what they’re doing on the passport is different from what you see on the ad. I was surprised by that actually when I wound up getting it because I didn’t think it was going to have the RFA inside of the package, too!

You know, it was labeled Saeran’s AE, so I figured it might just be Saeran and a little Saeyoung. But, it’s sweet to see the RFA... and just the fact that this title is going to have everyone together like this is making me want to cry. Actually, I’m crying presently but let’s just keep that between you and me—

And Saeran Choi because I’m sure he knows I’m sobbing about what this is going to look like when it releases. 

So, the fact alone that they’re going to use these outfits on the title screen means that we’re all taking a family vacation. There’s a lot of people who really do fear that the RFA may not be together properly anymore after Saeran’s AE, but that’s not the case and I am so hopeful that this will reassure anyone who was scared of that.

The RFA is a family and they stick together, and that includes all of us and that’s the sweet thing at the end of the day. To be included in this family means a lot to me. So, imagine that we’re going to see Saeran extending his ticket to you while the rest of the RFA is smiling and excited to see you? 

God, I can’t put that one into words. 

It means a lot that the RFA is still here and that they’re still thinking of us fondly no matter how much time passes and it’s just... I can’t explain it. Finally seeing Saeran with the RFA and his family makes me so happy. He was alone for very long and he didn’t have anyone that cared properly. He was stuck in Mint Eye and lonely.

But, now? 

He’s free to do anything he wants and he’s extending that to his MC. I wonder what the background is going to be. It might just be the airport, though. Since they’re playing on that in the photo. They’ve given us enough context clues to figure it out. What I fucking love about this is that the left the name spot on the tickets blank. 

Oh, right! 

You get two tickets in the Package. 

One for you. One with Saeran’s name on it. 

There’s no doubt whatsoever that that is his passport outfit. It’s the blue shirt and everything. So, I can deduce from that fact alone that Saeran isn’t the only one in this photo that’s going to be wearing his vacation outfit. I’m actually really kind of excited to see those outfits fleshed out into a bigger form because it’s already so cute as chibis!

Think of the vacation art and content we can create!

I’m staring at the blurry portions really hard but I can kind of gauge where most of the members are. Saeran is there, Saeyoung is next to him, that one is very much a given. I can squint and kind of make out Jumin and Jaehee next to them because their hair is kind of darker? But, I could be wrong on that front. It can’t just be the twins. 

I can’t really tell where Zen is but I think Yoosung is in the bottom portion of the photo itself. Someone else may be able to have a sharper eye and figure that as they stare but that’s just my guess. Anyways, I think I’m actually going to faint if this comes out and I’m not mentally prepared. 

Because this may turn out to be my favorite thing of Saeran for a while. 

Anyways. I’m going to go sob now.

When I saw Saeran hugging a shark plushie reminded me of the Saeran’s passport at the end where Saeran is also hugging a plushie for some reason

Ah, Saeran, Saeran is collecting all kinds of fishy plushies. He's got a whale here and now he's got a shark. I've got a lot of plushies with an ocean theme in mind so I'm going to give them to Saeran. Now you have a good idea of what to gift him. Get him plushies with the sea in mind. Dolphins, smaller fish, otters, seals, don't get me started 'cause I love his newfound passion for marine life.

Kait can we please see some more pictures from the passport😊😊?? That one really cheered me up. I’m thinking of buying it for myself. Is it worth it?

I will say that it's worth the money that you pay for it because you get to see the cutest content inside of it. Though, I think the only gripe that I have is that I would've liked to have photo prints of some of the images that are inside of the passport. The passport itself isn't large so it's hard to crop out a lot of the photos and enhance the quality.
