My muse hasn’t slept for days, come in my inbox and make them go to bed

"I’m fine, I’ve just gotta finish my, uh, work is all. Then I’m done. I need just to get the work did. Did the work. Me do the work… did." Ryan huffed, furrowing his eyebrows at the nonsensical words spurting from his mouth. "I’m doing working. I’ll be doing the work til it is done."

Too Much || Closed

It was late. Too damn late to be working, at least. The only person left in the building he knew of was Ray. The horrible weight of guilt on his shoulders didn't make the situation any better, either. He didn't want to go home, though. Cooped up in his house all by himself with just his thoughts to fill his mind. He wanted to be clean of this, to talk to someone about it. But at the same time he didn't want anyone to know what he had done. What his slip up had caused.

Ryan suddenly got up and left the room, sniffling. He hurried to the washroom and leaned over the sink, staring at himself in the mirror. His heart raced in his chest, in his ears, hot blood pumping throughout his body, mostly pooling in to his tinted cheeks. His eyes were watery from the stress and grief, his arms unsteady as they held his upper body's weight above the counter. Ryan pursed his lips, turning on the tap and smoothing over his face with water he pooled into his cupped hands.

You've really gone and fucked yourself over this time.

His knees were weak, he wanted to collapse to the floor, get the aching pain out from his constricted chest. Ryan hung his head between his shoulders, allowing his silent anguish drip from his tightly shut eyes and spatter across the counter.

Kisses in the Rain [Closed, patandpercival]

Ray wasn’t a stranger when it came to kissing; he’d done it with so many different people, it was hard to remember exactly who had kissed and where. When Ray had invited Gavin over to hang out and play games, he hadn’t expected it to rain. Of course, he also hadn’t expected his flowery friend to sprout any flora that day, but he did. Ray always found it cute, and definitely thought the flowers were beautiful. He sort of envied Gavin’s ability to grow flowers, but he was happy he at least got to experience Gav and his sprouting. When the rain started, Gavin practically begged Ray to go outside with him, and to that Ray said yes. When they headed outside, Gavin teased and taunted Ray, leading into a hardcore game of tag. After awhile, the two decided to head inside, soaked to the bone and breathless. Ray stopped Gavin at the door, a blush barely visible on his cheeks. “Gav, thank you,” he stated. Gavin gave a confused look before his lips were locked with Ray’s. The two melted into the kiss, arms wrapping themselves around available spaces on either person’s body. The kiss lasted only a few minutes, but to them, it had seemed like it lasted forever.

The rain always felt good, but in the recent humidity and heat where you just can't match the growth to your water intake, it's even better- and who better to enjoy it with than your silly little X-Ray, huh? Pink roses and acacia were blooming the moment you came and saw him, and they only grew fuller and healthier as you run around with him. He thanks you and your eyes are wide, confused, and then his lips on yours... Ambrosia spreads down your skin as you hold him close and kiss Ray back, slumping into him. Ray, of course, is the first to pull away, you being the slo-mo, and you just smile in sort of a daze. "I, ah. You're welcome? I mean... Thank you?"
