🦵 What Are Lower Motor Neuron Tests?
Ever wondered what that knee-jerk reflex really tells us? 👇
💥 Tendon Tap (Stimulus) A quick tap on the patellar tendon stretches the quad muscle.
🧠 Ia Afferent Sensory Neuron (PNS) Stretch detected ➝ Signal sent to the spinal cord via the dorsal root.
🔁 Synapse in Spinal Cord (CNS) At L2–L4, the sensory neuron forms a monosynaptic reflex arc—no delay, just action.
⚡ Alpha Motor Neuron (Efferent - PNS) Motor signal exits through the ventral root ➝ causes the quad to contract = that classic reflex kick.
🧬 How ANF Methodology Enhances Clinical Testing: ANF Therapy®️ aligns with neurobiochemical signaling, helping you assess not just symptoms—but root dysfunctions.
If you're still only treating surface symptoms, you're missing the full picture.

Military Fitness & Running
Military Fitness & Running
If you are thinking that military fitness boot camps are a high-intensity alternative to daily running, watch out. A core component of military fitness is indeed running . . . and lots of it. In one training session you might do sprints, jogging, sideways running, slow running, you name it. You will cover miles in your trainers (mostly outside) and then still have to do crunches until your abs…

The scar is healing up far better than expected. I can stand up straight and hobble around a bit without crutches but standing longer than about 20 minutes or so is a strain on both legs - The left of course starts to feel pain and the right starts to fall asleep because of all the weight I put on it. I'm thinking I maybe able to stand longer with just one crutch but I haven't tested it yet. More than stairs, chairs are a bitch. Every chair is different - in terms of build, height, how much it sinks, stability, etc- and getting up from one requires keeping the left leg straight and pushing everything off the right. I have to ice my right knee now because I'm noticing a sharp pain whenever I make that move. Having something to brace myself against helps. But every chair is an adventure and that's getting old fast. Turns out this tendon was important in lifting the whole leg up so that something I have to add to my daily work out but that exercise is particularly hard for some reason. I also can't tell if I'm making real progress or not. Or where I should even be in my path to recovery. Physical therapy starts on the 17th, which around when my doc thinks I'll be fully healed anyway. Wardrobe stylist and best friend Silk Allen is planning all my outfits for CIFF though and they are cute, daring and function with this leg brace. I suddenly went from having no wheelchairs for CIFF (doc doesn't want me on crutches with those wild crowds) to now having two. And my knee is bending. Slowly but it's bending. I'm almost halfway towards my goal. https://www.gofundme.com/give-jasmine-a-leg-up PayPal and Google Wallet: [email protected] CashApp- $jazzyfilmmaker Venmo- @Jasminefilm
Alopecia areata is an autoimmune disease that attacks the hair follicles and causes the hair to fall out. I’ve had it for 2 years now and it hasn't been easy at all. Dealing with it takes a toll on you. Also having patellar tendonitis is hard. Patellar tendonitis is when the tendon in your knee causes inflammation and irritates the whole knee cap. It can be painful at times to just sit or walk. My world is a crazy nut place.
I went to the doctor this morning about my knee. The doctor said I have patellar tendinitis, which is overuse of the patellar tendon. Finally I have an answer to why my knee has been hurting for so long!

To answer your question about the pomegranate, it holds a lot of symbolism, depending where, when, and religion. I think the most relevant would be Buddhism, however, seeing as it's one of the three fruits held sacred (the other two being an orange and a peach.) Buddha is said to have cured a demoness, named Hariti, of her evil habit of eating eating children by feeding her a pomegranate. You can see how this somewhat relates to attack on titan...I hoped I helped in some kind of way.
so it’s just abt mikasa not getting eating yes that is good
thanks for the info!
