((Sure! Since I’m a musician I love this question! Let’s see...I don’t quite have a favorite band or genre to be honest but here are a few of each genre and the band of that genre:

Pop/Alternative Rock: Panic! At The Disco, Fall Out Boy, Hurts, and Placebo. 

Opera: Anything from Il Pagliacci, Carmina Burana, The Magic Flute, ANY Wagner honestly.

To answer your question about the pomegranate, it holds a lot of symbolism, depending where, when, and religion. I think the most relevant would be Buddhism, however, seeing as it's one of the three fruits held sacred (the other two being an orange and a peach.) Buddha is said to have cured a demoness, named Hariti, of her evil habit of eating eating children by feeding her a pomegranate. You can see how this somewhat relates to attack on titan...I hoped I helped in some kind of way.
