Well there's the fact that Alec definitely promised little 8 year-old Scott he'd take him mountain climbing on Earth one day, but there was always the next mission, and one time they almost went but Alec got called away last minute. And before long Scott's an adult and leaves for Arcturus but it's always sat in the back of his mind- he never brings it up because he's afraid Alec will have forgotten. As he's falling asleep in cryo, Scott dreams of mountain climbing on New Earth with his dad. 👀

and what is it like when he gets chosen by his dad? OR WORSE what is it like if he is the one in cryo and his sister gets chosen and he wakes up (I assume, I don’t know yet) and dad is gone and his sister is the Pathfinder????

   This is exactly how I feel too, plus I really don’t feel like I know much about her??? Like where are all her quirks. When I talk to her all I get is ‘blah blah asari’    

ikr she seems like she’s masking her personality or something and whenever you talk to her she either brings up Alec (which is kind of cold to bring him up in front of his own child who’s still grieving) or she brings up the asari commando she served with, even the asari don’t brag about it as much as her like it’s cool if people like her but she’s just not my cup of tea. I really tried to like her, I did but...she’s making it hard for me, she’s too much by-the-book. Some characters were too in the original trilogy but they could ease up and swallow their pride if the situation required it.
