Just an fyi if you are in the East bay...Northgate Christian Fellowship at  2201 Lake Herman Rd Benicia, California is a drop-off point for donations that will be distributed to the evacuation shelters in Solano, Napa, and Sonoma Counties.

9pm last night. 
4 miles from my house. 
It’s 9am now and my house is still standing. 
High winds expected today and the fire is blowing directly towards my neighborhood. 
I’m about 2 hours away with my animals and what little possessions I could fit in my car. 
I’ve never been this scared in my entire life.

This is the road leading to my house. Sitting and waiting for my house to catch on fire....I feel so fucking numb.

My beloved city is on fire again. And this is no small fire that I’ve grown used to. This is a fire raging at 25,000 acres destroyed, 1500 homes/businesses destroyed, 10 human casualties, who knows how much wildlife and farm life, not to mention it’s currently ZERO PERCENT CONTAINED after burning more than 24 hours. I have been forced to evacuate with my animals and what possessions I could fit in my tiny ass car. Leaving my home was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. At this point I’m nearly positive I won’t have a house to return to. Yes I have insurance, but I have so much I wasn’t able to bring. I can’t really put in to words how I’m feeling, I’ve been switching from frantically crying to screaming to complete numbness. I just want my home and my community to survive this. Please keep all of Napa/Sonoma/Solano county in your thoughts tonight. 💔
