Britteny is moving on Martine’s Pastries memories. She started with us in 2017 at Industry Road several months before we arrived at E Third. During her five year stay at Martine’s she helped us move the shop, expand the bakery, make pastries, cook savories, serve upfront, pull espresso, navigate a pandemic and never let anything slip through her inventory list.
