30/03/2015 we got two more dogs added to our pack! Meet Link and Zelda!

So this is how it is. We do not get to participate in Finnmarksløpet this year. Which sucks. I'm getting really tired of being under minded as a musher because of my age and gender. I have been doing this by myself, learning by doing by myself since i was graduated from Øytun. Alas everything I learned on Øytun has been modified and redone into my own methods of dogsleding and what works for me and my dogs. I'm a bit pissed of at the musher society as a whole, because of their very narrow view of mushing, but we will continue to train and try to participate in Pasvik Trail.

Bergeby

We went to Vadsø and participated in Bergebyløpet, it did not go as planned, and because of the weather the race was cancelled while I was at the checkpoint. The race committee counted it as a finished race, but Finnmarksløpets sports committee has to actually accepted the race. So I will write more about the race when I feel confident that I'm actually participating in the World Championship
