hm.. i think it's good to start by recognizing your thoughts cannot hurt anyone, and that they dont exist anywhere outside of your head unless if you make them.
while it's scary to think that by social standards, that you're evil and "the bad guy", you're not. morals are based on actions, what you do and say, not how you feel and think.
it's helpful to realize that it's not "bad" to feel how you feel, and it doesnt have to be "good" either. attractions are something morally neutral by default, and how you feel about them is what matters.
oh right! taking little steps ,,, the stuff above might be easier said than done. howsabout we start with small reminders that you're okay, your attractions dont define you as an individual, that you're loved. or incorporating flags , symbols &or other paraphilia symbolism into your favorite characters or ocs!
it's also nice to know that ur not alone, and there's beings who feel the same way and grew to accept themself! everyone's journey is different.,, just know that you should do what feels right for you! there will always be beings out there who love you 🤍
