To save or not to save?
I am processing payroll and everyone is making changes. The majority of the employees either want to stop or decrease their contributions for the 401K and Roth plans. I had not considered that, but isn’t the whole point to save for the future? How much would I be helping myself if I stopped my contribution and used the funds now? Isn’t it worth it to take advantage of the employer match? IT seems as though I have more questions than answers these days, but I think I'll leave everything ‘as is’ for myself and resist the urge to may any emotional decisions before April 31st.
