Hello there. I'm Maggie and I'm a yinzster.

(This is the time where you say "Hi Maggie.")

You're probably wondering what a yinzster is. It's a special blend of yinzer and hipster. While I refuse to admit anything close to hipsterdom and probably can't fully claim yinzer, I wear the yinzster label with pride.

This here new tumblr account came from me realizing that I know nothing about tumblr. I went to PodCamp Pittsburgh 6 this weekend and learned that I've done enough thinking, it's time to start doing. So here I am, doing.

I'll tumbl (is that the right verb? Ah, crap. I'm a grandma) about my life here in Pittsburgh. If nothing else, I've learned over the past year that my biggest passion is this city. Something else I learned at #pcpgh6 is that I need to figure out what I'm most passionate about, and then follow that passion. 

So here I am. Get ready for all things social media, Pittsburgh, knitting, baking, and hipster.
