I'd like to extend my most profound gratitude to each and every single person who has been part of the wild ride that has been the last 2 years I have spent working at @pasdeloupparis! Neither photos nor words can truly express the incredible experience that has been this adventure, but I will still do my best here to make it count...😊 For those of you that don't know, yesterday marked my last shift behind that little open kitchen counter at the entrance of Pasdeloup. What started out on somewhat of a whim, grew into an experience that I will forever be grateful for. I particularly owe so very much to @amanda.boucher.bar for bringing me into the fold all those many months ago. Amanda, thank you so very much for reeling me in, and for always being keen to get down with whatever crazy adventure we could dream up next. ❤️ #pdlwolfpack #getinvolved For me, it is now time for some much needed (and well deserved) vacation and rest. The last two years have taught me so very very much about commitment, hard work, perseverance and creativity...but also introduced me to the negative flip side that is the fatigue and burn out that tend to sneak up on you when you aren't paying close enough attention. I now take leave from this experience...a little wiser, a little older 😛 but more importantly, a heck of a lot more confident in myself, and what I choose to create and put forward into this world. I can't wait to see what the world has in store for me next! • • • • • #anythingispossible #followyourheart #lifeofacook #paris (at Pasdeloup)
