Peace Corps
Okay so I'm going to get a bachelors in chemistry then go on to become either an OBGYN or general practitioner and after that I really REALLY want to get involved in the peace corps and make a difference in this beautiful world I live in.
If you were, are or are going to be in the peace corps i would really love some advice and info or really anything at all. I would like to talk to you about your experiences and how to better help the people I will be interacting with.

PLEASE Stop scrolling for a minute, an read this.
Ok guys, so I just wanted to talk seriously for a minute. I am one of those people that has a deep desire to help people, and some day, yes, I would like to start an organization, or be on the Peace Core, or something along the lines of changing the world. I have been getting involved with the organization Straight But Not Narrow, as I am a straight ally and in the GSA at my school, but I want to do more. Since getting involved, I have learned so much, and some people have even come out to me, including my best friend. And it’s not just the LGBT community I would like to help. I mean, it’s great and everything, but I want to be of as much help to the world, in other areas. So I’m asking you, my followers, or anyone who sees this, if you have any stories that you would share about getting involved, or stories about your own obstacles you’ve had to get over, or any problems that can be fixed with a little involvement, in your community or outside it. I know this is a long post, but so many people are going through so much shit, and so much of it can be fixed. And I just need the word to spread it, and who knows? Your story might change the world someday. (I know it sounds cheesy but this would mean A LOT to me.) Send me an ask, or reply, or anything to get my attention. You can also submit to my blog.

So, I looked more into the Global studies major at ASU. HOLY GUACAMOLE AM I EXCITED. The traveling oppratunites, the clubs, the internships, and everything in between. I don't know why I have to post this on Tumblr, but I feel pretty alive right now.
