#MOOD: #peacelikethat Nurse coworkers used to call me “roadrunner”, “Tasmanian devil” and “energizer bunny” because I guess I kept it moving in the ED. That has often also characterized my personal life—multiple jobs, traveling, interests. Within the last year, I began working on #meditation, which is intensely difficult for me. I recently decided to press pause on my typical light speed decision making and efforts RE: work and generally ‘making things happen’. I meditated on direction, #freedom, #patience and surrender. A few weeks after this meditation, it’s amazing me how much is in the works potentially taking me back to the East Coast without me running, but rather simply from being still. 🧘🏿‍♀️. Posting this pic because it reminds me of a time in the past before meditation when I fruitfully observed the need to #bestill, #presspause on the noise and #justbe.
